So it’s been a few weeks since the TWIA 2025 Regional Finals event in Newcastle to award the best bridal suppliers in each category with a celebratory win in the Yorkshire and North East Region.
Sadly it wasn’t my night but I know that every single one of my beautiful brides was rooting for me and so that is so much more important to me! Thank you to all of my gorgeous brides for taking the time to vote.
Having won Best Bridal Retailer and Highly Commended several times in years past, I now realise that I really don’t need to win an award to know that my customer service journey is the very best! I just have to remember what every one of my brides in the last 10+ years have said or written to me and that it comes from the heart and that is all I need 💛
